Applicants are analyzed by real humans who are highly trained experts in resume vetting and the positions for hire within a talent segment – not just the one you applied for.

INTERVIEWS

Interview Process

Our competencies based interviewing process is intended to help us minimize unconscious bias while also making sure we hire people who will thrive in our environment. Steps vary by team but typically include the following:

Interview 1 An online questionnaire screening that asks you basic questions about your job experience,
Interview 2 The test assessment which is a trial assignment showing your ability to perform the job you’re applying for,
Interview 3 Phone Interview with the hiring manager who will ask you a variety of questions to understand your true talent, fit for the job, and to keep each interview structured,
Interview 4 Final interview which will be an in person interview or a virtual video interview if you’re applying for a remote position with the Hiring Manager, COO, CEO, and the Department Head of the role you’re applying for.
