Here is what to you should expect when you apply for a position at Fully Accountable
Candidates have a greater shot at moving forward when their character and competence strongly matches our job requirements, so make sure the skills and achievements on your resume are aligned with the job.
Applicants are analyzed by real humans who are highly trained experts in resume vetting and the positions for hire within a talent segment – not just the one you applied for.
Our competencies based interviewing process is intended to help us minimize unconscious bias while also making sure we hire people who will thrive in our environment. Steps vary by team but typically include the following:
- Interview 1 An online questionnaire screening that asks you basic questions about your job experience,
- Interview 2 The test assessment which is a trial assignment showing your ability to perform the job you’re applying for,
- Interview 3 Phone Interview with the hiring manager who will ask you a variety of questions to understand your true talent, fit for the job, and to keep each interview structured,
- Interview 4 Final interview which will be an in person interview or a virtual video interview if you’re applying for a remote position with the Hiring Manager, COO, CEO, and the Department Head of the role you’re applying for.
If you’re selected, and the fit and situation are ideal on your end as well, our hiring manager will be in touch with you to walk you through the proposed details of the offer via email or phone.
Once you’ve accepted your offer, our hiring manager will help you get ready for Day 1 and set you up for ultimate success!
