Megan Kent is an Accounting Clerk.
Megan is an expert at gaining knowledge anywhere she’s assigned to. She excels at Accounting because she believes it is ever evolving and complex, therefore it always gives her knowledge and wisdom. Megan specializes in Quickbooks, Excel, Advanced Reconciliations, Problem Solving and Research.
Her primary role is to assist with Onboarding and fill in gaps of crucial tasks as needed which is where she thrives. Learning new things on the fly and being busy. Megan is 100% self taught in Accounting after her beloved health care career turned too political. She is very detail oriented, she notices patterns quickly, her brain is constantly scanning data for anything that seems off. It turns into a valuable tool. Megan is single with a dog. Or rather, she’s her dog’s human, he owns her and she finds it's quite odd. They were house hunting, her dog wants a yard, so she requires a fence. Megan is originally from the Groton Navy base in Connecticut and has lived in a lot of places. However, Cleveland is the only place that has ever been her home. Roll Tribe. Believeland. Allison is a mother to a one year old little boy and is a wife to an active duty army member who has been in for 5 years. She enjoys being outdoors and taking after her chickens, ducks and dogs who keep her house busy. She also enjoys working out and running whenever she gets the chance.

Lindsay is a CFO. She studied at University of Akron with BS Accounting and MBA-Finance and specializes in Finance and Accounting. She is a certified CPA.
Lindsay worked in almost every accounting and finance position, starting as a bookkeeper and ending as the Treasurer and Controller of a $1.6 billion lumber company. Much of her responsibilities were a liaison between stakeholders and finance, understanding the impacts of decisions on cash and profit, while implementing new processes, and making changes to fit the business needs. Lindsay’s favorite projects include due diligence, cost savings and cash projections. She has been married for almost 20 years, and enjoys spending time with her children, husband and extended family. They love to travel, hike, bike and any activity outside.
Fun Fact: Obsession with greeting cards, to the point I have had to institute a budget.
Maureen Greany is a Sales Representative and has over 9 years of experience.

Maureen is an accomplished Account Manager and Sales Director with over 9 years of experience providing marketing and business development initiatives. She grew up in Virginia and currently lives in New Orleans with her husband and her dog Rooney.

She currently lives in South Dakota with her husband and soon to be 2 year old son, and their sassy 11 year old maltipoo.

With a background in account management and inside sales Lindsay is passionate about connecting small businesses with solutions that will help them achieve their goals. She originally from Southwest Michigan and has been an "official" Ohio resident since 2016, though Michigan will always feel like home for her (Go Blue!).

Candance and her husband have been together for 7 years and have a beautiful 1 year old daughter who is the light of our lives.
Fun Fact: I have 5 fur babies (3 kitties and 2 dogs) who love their little sister. I am also fascinated with the renaissance era, even dressing up for the festivals.
Vinnie Fisher is a CEO and has more than 20 years of experience. Vinnie studied at the Canisius College with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and at the University of Toledo College of Law for Juris Doctorate, Law. He is an Attorney and specializes in entrepreneurship, social media marketing, online advertising, affiliate marketing, digital marketing, business strategy, team development, leadership, finance, business development, email marketing, google analytics, wordpress, customer focused service and tax planning.
Vinnie Fisher is a businessman, entrepreneur, author, husband, and father. He has been married for over 20 years to his wife Debbi, and together they have four children: Sophia, Vinnie, Jacob, and Elizabeth. A lawyer by trade, Vinnie practiced tax and business law for 10 years before leaving the field in 2007 to pursue entrepreneurship full-time. After a few successful businesses in the digital space, he discovered a much needed service for business owners. In 2014, he opened Fully Accountable.
Rachel Scava is the FA COO and has been with Fully Accountable since it started.. Rachel studied at John Carroll University with a degree in BS in Political Science and Sociology and at the University of Akron School of Law for Juris Doctorate, Law. She is an Attorney and specializes in Operations, Human Resources, Team Building, Company Development, Event Planning, Leadership, Business Growth, Legal Writing, Strategic Hiring, Research, Legislation, Legal Research and Mediation.
Chris Giorgio is a President and has 14 years of experience. Chris studied at the University of Akron with a degree in BS in Accounting and a Masters in Finance. He is a CPA who specializes in accounting, forecasting, taxes, tax planning, budgeting, inventory management, cash flow management, business analytics, business growth, payroll management and financial analysis.
Chris Giorgio is a businessman, entrepreneur, author, husband, and father. He is married to his wife Carolynn, and together they have two children: Mya and Lexi. An Accountant by trade, Chris has been practicing accounting and finance his entire career. He specializes in tax and CFO services for eCommerce and digital companies. After a few successful businesses in the digital space, he discovered a much needed service for business owners. In 2014, he opened Fully Accountable with Vinnie FIsher.

Corey Niggel is a CFO and has 9+ years of experience. Corey attended the University of Mount Union for his undergraduate degree and then attended Coastal Carolina University to obtain his Master’s degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and specializes in Accounting, Forecasting, Inventory Management, Cash Flow Management, Receivables and Payables.
Corey started working right out of school for a manufacturing company in South Carolina, where he was quickly promoted from Staff Accountant to Controller. After working there for 5 years and getting his Masters degree, he moved back to Ohio and started working for Fully Accountable as a Staff Accountant then moved up to CFO.

Travis Loudin is our Lead Developer with 12 years of experience. He is a Certified Scrum Master and specializes in web app development.
Travis manages the development team and is responsible for creating and maintaining Fully Accountable website and proprietary internal apps.
Fun Fact: I like to dabble in graphic design, 3d printing, and hobby electronics. I’ve built a robot bartender and created merch for restaurants, internet content creators, and a minor league baseball team.
Sandy Talbert is an Onboarding Staff Accountant and has 30 years of experience. Sandy studied at the University of Nevada Reno and at the University of Providence in Great Falls Montana receiving a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Mathematics. She is an inactive CPA but specializes in identifying the accounting issues and coming up with a process to correctly reflect the income and expenses. She specializes in organizing and cleaning up QuickBooks, developing and explaining processes and training.
Sandra is in charge of managing the on-boarding of new clients. She is an inactive CPA because she enjoys management accounting and the development of reporting more than tax preparation.

Kevin Phillips is a CFO and has 3 years of experience. Kevin studied at the University of Akron with a degree in BS in Accounting and specializes in accounting, management, strategic planning, finance, financial reporting, business development and Quickbooks.
Kevin’s primary role is to help have the proper systems and processes in place so they can help the company grow. He focuses on developing streamlined systems, which allows the company to achieve the mission and maximize the impact in the community.
Emily Posello is a Staff Accountant and has 22 years of experience. Emily studied at SUNY Empire State College with degrees in Business Management, Economics and Accounting. She is QuickBooks Pro certified, is a certified Notary Public, and currently taking classes to be an Advanced Proadvisor for Quickbooks. Emily specializes in General Accounting, P&L Management, Auditing, preparing sales and use returns.
Emily is responsible for communicating with clients to find out what their needs are or to help them understand the accounting side of their business, preparing and analyzing financial statements, tracking financial information to prepare financial reports, auditing the financial information for errors or to locate errors, preparing sales and use returns. She became interested in accounting when she was very young because of her grandmother, who was an accounting supervisor at a hospital. She used to take Emily with her to work (probably because she didn't want her to be a police officer for fear that she would get hurt some day). Emily is grateful for her, as after an injury she had to change her career path to better provide for her daughter and she knew accounting was that path.
Fun Fact: I used to skip school to go surfing when I was younger. (Good thing I was an A student) :)
Mollie Farragher is our Executive Project Manager and has 2 years of experience. Mollie studied at Kent State University with a degree in Economics and specializes in human resource management, communications, quality management, event planning, team management and leadership.
Mollie is responsible for on-boarding both team members and clients as well as engagement of clients to ensure satisfaction of services. She is a liaison between the executive team and staff to ensure strategic objectives are being met.
Clay Kozlowski is a Business Development Representative and has almost 2 years of experience. Clay studied at The University of Akron with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and specializes in communication and listening, creative problem solving, analytics, Microsoft Excel Wizard, knowledge of core problems in business, leadership skills and a very solid knowledge of e-commerce and digital companies.
Clay is responsible for finding and connecting with business owners that would benefit from our services. He is the first contact point for the company, and takes pride in being one of the faces of the company.
Fun Fact: I was voted most likely to become a country music legend in high school.
Ken Rohr is a Staff Accountant and has 30 years of experience. Ken studied at Walsh College with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He’s finalizing his bill.com certification and is QuickBooks Pro certified. He specializes in inventory, QuickBooks, internal control processes, Bill.com, billing, receivables and accounts payable.
Ken owned several businesses in the past including health care facilities, a credit counseling business, a window cleaning company and many many rentals.
Fun Fact: I love to travel and take my grandson to see the country.
Leah Holsclaw is a Staff Accountant and has 25 years of experience. Leah studied at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College (WITC) with an Associate degree in Accounting and specializes in Quickbooks, Inventory Management, Payroll, Quarterly/Monthly tax reporting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Management. In 2019 she became a certified QB Proadvisor.
Leah is a mother of 2 teenage boys, with endless personal responsibilities, but enjoying it all. She really enjoys watching football and baseball, fishing, riding ATV’s and camp fires. Leah is also an Emergency Medical Technician with several local emergency services agencies. She held a license for 13 years prior to starting a family and a few years with little ones, but had to quasi retire to raise a family and now she’s back into something she really enjoys.
Fun Fact: Sudoku and crossword puzzles are my favorite brain teasers.
Mary Ponder is a Staff Accountant and the Tax Manager and has 17 years of experience. Mary studied at Edinboro University of PA with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting and received a History minor. She is a certified QB Proadvisor 2017-2019, Bill.com certified, IRS PTIN certified 2010-2019 and specializes in Quickbooks, financial statements, corporate and personal taxes, payroll, sales tax and auditing. She is currently working on completing her Master’s degree in Accounting at Clarion University of PA.
Mary and her husband raised 4 children while they were attending college.
Fun Fact: I live on a small farm with chickens, goats, dogs and cats and I have four beautiful grandchildren.
Kristy Meyer is a Staff Accountant and has 13 years of experience. Kristy studied at Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Accounting and at LSU-Shreveport for her MBA. She specializes in Balancing Accounts, General Ledger, Tax, Financial Reporting, Auditing and has a certification in EA. Kristy is CPA eligible and plans to sit in the near future, because why not!
Kristy is a mother to 4 very active children and the wife to an active duty air force member who has been in 17 years. She has worked in the accounting sector for 13 years and gained her EA roughly 4 years ago. Kristy has worked remotely for the past 7 years. She has owned her own a tax preparation business and currently her husband and her own a business they operate together that has two locations!
Fun Fact: Other than raising my 4 energetic kids, I also like to garden and semi-keep alive house plants. My newest hobby is propagating succulents.
Heidi Cake is our Data Director. She studied at Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in BS Strategic Communications and BS Leadership Studies and specializes in analyzing anything in her path and creating aesthetic appeal to visual documents.
Heidi spent the first few years after college working in the non-profit sector on teams where she was handed anything that needed to be communicated creatively. She realized her most loved being able to communicate complex, abstract ideas which made her return to her love of numbers and data. Heidi brings an equally creative and analytical mind to the task of analyzing and communicating client data and statistics.
Fun Fact: I had spent at least a week on 5 different continents by the time I was 25.
Julie Godwin is a Staff Accountant and has more than 14 years of experience. Julie studied at The University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration Accounting/Professional Accountancy and specializes in financial reporting and analysis, accounts payable and receivables, client communication, process management and general accounting. She is currently studying to sit for her CPA.
Julie is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, Quickbooks setup/cleanup, develop processes that are specifically tailored to client needs and provide client communication as needed.
Fun Fact: I have four beautiful kids, Jake-14, Liam-9, Kaylyn-5, and Carolyn (Wee-C)-4.
Amy Stanley is a Staff Accountant and has 23 years of experience. Amy studied at Marshall University and has a BBA in Accounting and specializes in Financial Reporting, Month End Close, Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Payroll, and Account Reconciliation. Amy is certified in Bill.com and is an Advanced Certified Pro Advisor for Quickbooks Online.
Amy is a wife and a mom of two teenage boys-Brandon is 18 and pursuing his dreams of being a musician and Lucas is 15 and a new driver and new member of his high school band. She began working for a CPA while in college and has continued in this field throughout her career.

Alexus Ivan is a Data Analyst Intern and has 1 year of experience.
Alexus graduated from GlenOak High School. Upon graduation, she spent a year at The Ohio State University, pursuing her degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Alexus transferred from The Ohio State University to University of Akron where she specializes in all aspects of Mathematics, Marketing, and Chemistry.
Alexus is currently working towards a major in Marketing with accomplished minor’s in both Chemistry and Mathematics. Her two favorite hobbies are coincidentally cooking and exercising.

Kelli DeRoy is a Staff Accountant and has 18 years of experience. Kelli studied at the University of South Florida with a Bachelors in Finance and at Webster University for her MBA. She has a certification in ISO 9901, QuickBooks Pro Advisor, ADP Certified Payroll and specializes in Financial Accounting, Payroll, Inventory, Reporting, and Excel.
Kelli has had the opportunity to work in different environments and with different companies. This has enabled her to learn a lot more about all the different types of businesses and handling different software.

Sheena is a wife and mom of two teenagers and a tween. Outside of work, she is very active in a few non-profits and kids activities. Sheena and her husband run a small business, he is a golf pro and they run several clinics and lessons throughout the year.

Jordan Mascaro is a Marketing Project Manager. Jordan studied at Penn State Behrend, The Erie College in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems with SAP Certification.
She has over 1 year of experience and specializes in Management, Leadership, Social Media Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, Public Relations, Operations, Digital Media, and so much more.
Richie Holben is an Accounting Clerk and has 1 year and 8 months of experience as a Clerk.
Richie is currently attending The Ohio State University pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a minor in Human Nutrition. He is working on becoming an expert in accounting.
Some of Richie’s responsibilities entail assisting with miscellaneous accounting work, and managing and overseeing sales tax filings and analysis for our clients. Richie is a 21 year old type 1 diabetic who loves fitness, the outdoors and being with people.
