Vinnie studied at the Canisius College with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and at the University of Toledo College of Law for Juris Doctorate, Law. He is an Attorney and specializes in entrepreneurship, social media marketing, online advertising, affiliate marketing, digital marketing, business strategy, team development, leadership, finance, business development, email marketing, google analytics, wordpress, customer focused service and tax planning.

He has been married for over 20 years to his wife Debbi, and together they have four children: Sophia, Vinnie, Jacob, and Elizabeth. Rachel Scava is the FA COO and has been with Fully Accountable since it started. Rachel studied at John Carroll University with a degree in BS in Political Science and Sociology and at the University of Akron School of Law for Juris Doctorate, Law. She is an Attorney and specializes in Operations, Human Resources, Team Building, Company Development, Event Planning, Leadership, Business Growth, Legal Writing, Strategic Hiring, Research, Legislation, Legal Research and Mediation.
Fun Fact: I was an Irish Dancer.
Chris Giorgio is a President and has 14 years of experience. Chris studied at the University of Akron with a degree in BS in Accounting and a Masters in Finance. He is a CPA who specializes in accounting, forecasting, taxes, tax planning, budgeting, inventory management, cash flow management, business analytics, business growth, payroll management and financial analysis.
Chris Giorgio is a businessman, entrepreneur, author, husband, and father. He is married to his wife Carolynn, and together they have two children: Mya and Lexi. An Accountant by trade, Chris has been practicing accounting and finance his entire career. He specializes in tax and CFO services for eCommerce and digital companies. After a few successful businesses in the digital space, he discovered a much needed service for business owners. In 2014, he opened Fully Accountable with Vinnie FIsher.

Corey Niggel is a Certified Public Accountant with over 10 years experience in the accounting field. Corey attended the University of Mount Union for his undergraduate degree and then attended Coastal Carolina University to obtain his Master’s degree in Accounting. He is a CFO and specializes in Accounting, Forecasting, Inventory Management, Cash Flow Management, Receivables and Payables.
Corey started working right out of school for a manufacturing company in South Carolina, where he was quickly promoted from Staff Accountant to Controller. After working there for 5 years and getting his Masters degree, he moved back to Ohio and started working for Fully Accountable as a Staff Accountant then moved up to CFO.

Travis Loudin is our Lead Developer with 12 years of experience. He is a Certified Scrum Master and specializes in web app development.
Travis manages the development team and is responsible for creating and maintaining Fully Accountable website and proprietary internal apps.
Fun Fact: I like to dabble in graphic design, 3d printing, and hobby electronics. I’ve built a robot bartender and created merch for restaurants, internet content creators, and a minor league baseball team.
Sandy Talbert is an Onboarding Staff Accountant and has 30 years of experience. Sandy studied at the University of Nevada Reno and at the University of Providence in Great Falls Montana receiving a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Mathematics. She specializes in identifying the accounting issues and coming up with a process to correctly reflect the income and expenses. She loves organizing and cleaning up QuickBooks, developing processes and training.
Sandra is in charge of managing the on-boarding of new clients. She is an inactive CPA because she enjoys management accounting and the development of reporting more than tax preparation.

Emily Posello is a Staff Accountant and has 23 years of experience. Emily studied at SUNY Empire State College with degrees in Business Management, Economics and Accounting. She is QuickBooks Pro certified, is a certified Notary Public, and currently taking classes to be an Advanced Proadvisor for Quickbooks. Emily specializes in General Accounting, P&L Management, Auditing, preparing sales and use returns.
Emily is responsible for communicating with clients to find out what their needs are or to help them understand the accounting side of their business, preparing and analyzing financial statements, tracking financial information to prepare financial reports, auditing the financial information for errors or to locate errors, preparing sales and use returns. She became interested in accounting when she was very young because of her grandmother, who was an accounting supervisor at a hospital. She used to take Emily with her to work (probably because she didn't want her to be a police officer for fear that she would get hurt some day). Emily is grateful for her, as after an injury she had to change her career path to better provide for her daughter and she knew accounting was that path.

Mollie Farragher is our Executive Project Manager and has 3 years of experience. Mollie studied at Kent State University with a degree in Economics and specializes in human resource management, communications, quality management, event planning, team management and leadership.
Mollie is responsible for on-boarding both team members and clients as well as engagement of clients to ensure satisfaction of services. She is a liaison between the executive team and staff to ensure strategic objectives are being met.
Fun Fact: I have been to over 150 concerts.
Clay Kozlowski is an Onboarding Data Analyst and has over 3 years of experience.
Clay studied at The University of Akron with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and specializes in communication and listening, creative problem solving, analytics, Microsoft Excel Wizard, knowledge of core problems in business, leadership skills, and a very solid knowledge of e-commerce and digital companies.
Clay is responsible for onboarding new clients who need a data analyst on their team. He takes pride in listening to the client’s pain points, delivering actionable analysis, and being one of the faces of the company when onboarding a new client.
Fun Fact: I was voted most likely to become a country music legend in high school.
Ken Rohr is our Chief of Staff and has 30 years of experience. Ken studied at Walsh College with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He has his bill.com certification and is QuickBooks Pro Certified. He specializes in inventory, QuickBooks, internal control processes, Bill.com, billing, receivables and accounts payable and balance sheet clean up.
Ken has owned several businesses in the past including health care facilities, a credit counseling business, a window cleaning company and many many rentals.
Fun Fact: I love to travel and take my grandson to see the country. I have also travelled to 11 different countries.
Leah Holsclaw is a Staff Accountant and has 25 years of experience. Leah studied at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College (WITC) with an Associate degree in Accounting and specializes in Quickbooks, Inventory Management, Payroll, Quarterly/Monthly tax reporting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Management. In 2019 she became a certified QB Proadvisor.
Leah is a mother of 2 boys, with endless personal responsibilities, but enjoying it all. She really enjoys watching football and baseball, fishing, riding ATV’s and camp fires. Leah is also an Emergency Medical Technician with several local emergency services agencies. She held a license for 13 years prior to starting a family and a few years with little ones, but had to quasi retire to raise a family and now she’s back into something she really enjoys.

Jordan Mascaro has had an illustrious career. She started as a Market Project Manager before being promoted to PR & Brand Manager after only 1.5 years of work. Jordan studied at Penn State with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems with SAP Certification.
She has over 2 year of experience and specializes in Management, Leadership, Social Media Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, Public Relations, Operations, Digital Media, Customer Experience, and much more.

Sheena Hershey is an Onboarding Accounting Manager that has 10+ years of experience in the accounting field. She has worked in CPA firms, manufacturing, and corporate settings. Sheena studied at Walsh University and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Accounting and is a QuickBooks Certified Pro. She specializes in developing business and accounting processes, month end closes, financial reporting, and is an Excel wiz. Sheena also has extensive experience with inventory, bill of materials, logistics, cash management, and budgeting. She enjoys helping our new clients get organized and settled in to the Fully Accountable family by overseeing any accounting clean up and establishing the processes necessary for the clients team to run like a well oiled machine.
Sheena is a wife and mom of three teenagers. Outside of work, she is very active in a few non-profits and kids activities. Sheena and her husband run a small indoor golf business, and non-profit as well.

Kelli DeRoy is a Staff Accountant and has 18 years of experience. Kelli studied at the University of South Florida with a Bachelors in Finance and at Webster University for her MBA. She has a certification in ISO 9901, QuickBooks Pro Advisor, ADP Certified Payroll and specializes in Financial Accounting, Payroll, Inventory, Reporting, and Excel.
Kelli has had the opportunity to work in different environments and with different companies. This has enabled her to learn a lot more about all the different types of businesses and handling different software.

Amy is a wife and a mom of two teenage boys-Brandon is 19 and pursuing his dreams of being a musician and Lucas who is 16 and a new licensed driver as well as a member of his high school band. She began working for a CPA while in college and has continued in this field throughout her career.

Julie Godwin is a Staff Accountant and has more than 15 years of experience. Julie studied at The University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration Accounting/Professional Accountancy and specializes in financial reporting and analysis, accounts payable and receivables, client communication, process management and general accounting. She is Quickbooks Online Certified and is currently studying to sit for her CPA.

Heidi Cake is our Data Director. She studied at Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in BS Strategic Communications and BS Leadership Studies and specializes in analyzing anything in her path and creating aesthetic appeal to visual documents.
Heidi spent the first few years after college working in the non-profit sector on teams where she was handed anything that needed to be communicated creatively. She realized her most loved being able to communicate complex, abstract ideas which made her return to her love of numbers and data. Heidi brings an equally creative and analytical mind to the task of analyzing and communicating client data and statistics.
Fun Fact: I had spent at least a week on 5 different continents by the time I was 25.
Candace Panagiotides is a Staff Accountant and has more than 20 years of experience.
Candace studied at Schoolcraft College and University of Michigan. She specializes in Financial Accounting, Month End, Reporting and has certification in Quickbooks and is online certified.
Candace and her husband have been together for 7 years and have a beautiful 20 month old daughter who is the light of our lives.
Fun Fact: I have 5 fur babies (3 kitties and 2 dogs) who love their little sister. I am also fascinated with the renaissance era, even dressing up for the festivals.
Ashley Riggan is a Staff Accountant and has more than 5 years of experience.
Ashley studied at Liberty University with MSA in Accounting, and at DeVry University with BA in Accounting and will be pursuing a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. She specializes in accounting, financial reporting, client communication, bookkeeping, month-end close, individual tax, corporate tax, partnerships, audits, payroll.
Her responsibilities include standard bookkeeping practices, management reports, client integration and general accounting tasks. Ashley is a wife, entrepreneur, baker, Sunday school teacher and small business owner advocate. She is currently living in Texas and enjoys baking, fitness, podcasts and learning everyday.

Matt Fry is an Accounting Clerk. Matt is currently attending Ohio State University pursuing a degree in accounting and his CPA license.

Allison Hurley is a Staff Accountant. Allison is currently attending Western Governors University pursuing a Masters in Business Administration.She has 5 years of experience in accounting. She specializes in Balancing Accounts, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Quickbooks, and Payroll.
Allison is a mother to a little boy and is a wife to an active duty army member who has been in for 5 years. She enjoys being outdoors and taking her dogs who keep her house busy. She also enjoys working out and running whenever she gets the chance.

Lindsay is a CFO who studied at the University of Akron with a BS in Accounting and MBA-Finance. She specializes in Finance and Accounting, as well as being certified CPAs specializing in auditing services. Lindsay has spent time working in almost every accounting position starting from bookkeeper to the Treasurer/Controller for a $1.6 billion company lumber company.
Lindsay is a liaison that helps stakeholders and finance understand the impacts of decisions on cash and profit. Her favorite projects include due diligence, cost savings, and cash projections. She has been married for almost 20 years with children who she spends time with to maintain their well-being as much as possible given her high-demand job in business!

Ben Evans is a Data Analyst. Ben studied at Kent State and specializes in Market Research and Data Analysis.
Ben is a native to Northeast Ohio, growing up on the west side of Cleveland. He is an alumni from Kent State, getting his degree in Marketing and his minor in Public Relations. He previously worked at SAS (Student Accessibility Services) at Kent, providing accommodations to students with disabilities. Ben has experience in data analysis and research, spending his undergrad focused on market research, utilizing Excel, Power BI, SQL, Qualtrics. Some of his hobbies are gardening and reading. He has a 6 year old mixed breed dog named Milo!

Maureen Greany is an Account Executive. She has over 9 years of experience providing sales, marketing and business development initiatives. Maureen studied at Appalachian State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management. She grew up in Virginia and currently lives in New Orleans with her husband and her dog Rooney.

I am from a small town outside Youngstown, Ohio and attended the University of Mount Union, where I graduated with a degree in Accounting. I spent the first 10 years of my career in Columbus, Ohio working in Accounting/Finance, primarily within the Restaurant Industry. I am an avid reader - psychological thrillers and historical fiction are my favorite genres. I also love to draw, paint, travel and work on various DIY projects. I have a Mini Australian Shepherd named Mia, who is my partner in crime.
Trenton Chaplin studied at Liberty University and has a Bachelor’s of Science in Biblical and theological studies. He is pursuing his CPA through classes at Cuyahoga Community College and plans to sit for the CPA in spring 2022. Some of his favorite things to do are watching and playing basketball, spending time with family, and going out to eat with friends. My favorite basketball team is the Phoenix Suns and watch almost every one of their games. Trenton has his realtor license and spends his evenings showing houses, hanging out with friends, or working on homework.

Stephanie lives in the panhandle of Florida in a little town called Pace. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Professional Accountancy from the University of West Florida. Stephanie is in the process of pursuing my Master's Degree and her CPA license. She has worked for a traditional CPA firm in the past and specializes in small business account set-up/clean up. She absolutely loves building rapport with her clients and taking their businesses to the next level!
She is the mom of an incredible little 7 year old girl named Calei. She is also the founder of a non-profit animal rescue and safe haven for large animals and livestock.

Jonas Rygh is a recent Kent State graduate with a bachelors in Marketing. While his primary area of study was marketing, he also took many courses about data analysis, learning how to use different statistical software such as Tableau, SQL, SAS, and SPSS. He is originally from Seattle, but hasn't lived on the west coast in a few years. Jonas just moved back to Ohio after living in Florida for a few months. He is super excited to kick off his career.
Fun Fact: I really enjoy cooking and baking, pizza is always my go to. I have moved twelve times during my life to five different states. I'm a big NFL fan, especially the Seahawks because I grew up in Washington around the Seattle area.
Lisa Johnson lives just north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has a BA in Spanish Language and a MS in Accounting. She is the mother of two, boy and girl, who love to play outside and with their animals. She has four dogs, two cats - all of whom think they can share the bed at night. She loves to go camping with her family during the summer, have bonfires and cozy up with feel-good movies.

Alex is an avid Tennis Player and a huge fan of Serena Williams and enjoys playing cards with my family. He graduated from the University of Akron and native of Canton. Alex completed some undergraduate studies on Long Island for three years. He is new to the Accounting world and looks forward to going back to obtain his Master's in Accountancy from U of A.
Fun Fact: I have travelled to half the US and to Greece to play competitive tennis as a junior, getting to meet President George W. Bush during a competition in Cleveland. I volunteer on my city's local political organization and chair the volunteer subcommittee for the Akron Pride Festival.
Karen Krull is a Staff Accountant with almost 20 years of experience. Karen studied at Wilmington College with a BS in Accounting. She specialized in General Accounting, Month End, Bookkeeping, and Accounts Payable. Karen has a large family with her husband which includes a son, a daughter, 2 step-daughters, and an 18 month old granddaughter.
I recently graduated with my Accounting Degree from Akron University. I am originally from Liberia, West Africa, and when I was 7 my family moved to Staten Island, NY. I am a strong believer that education is the key to success and to always be grateful for every opportunity that comes your way. I will soon take the GMAT and go back to school to further my education and career.

Earning a spot on the team almost completely due to nepotism, Nathan Ray has had a sub-par start to his career. Graduating at the worst possible time in history, he was offered no jobs as he relentlessly applied to businesses in the middle of COVID-szn. However, despite his humble beginnings, he actually proved to be somewhat useful running errands for one of the company’s partners. His decent sense of humor and his above-average hair eventually landed him a spot on the HR team, where he now resides as HR & People Coordinator. He has over two weeks of experience in Tsheets, Last Pass, and JazzHR. Proficient in Powerpoint and Excel.

Sindi Morsches is a Data Analyst. Sindi graduated summa cum laude with both her Bachelor's and Master's at The University of Akron in National Security/Security Studies, and has done a significant amount of intelligence analysis along with data and statistical analysis while in school. She also has an Honors Associate's in Computer Science, and has extensive experience with SPSS, STATA, R, and Excel. Sindi was born and raised in Akron, and lived in Chicago and Urbana-Champaign for a few years. She speaks French and is learning Japanese and Romanian. Some of her hobbies include karaoke and sewing fun cosplay costumes for herself and her fiancé.

A Southern California native now living in Austin, Texas, Eric Hollowaty brings to the Fully Accountable team and its clients over 20 years of combined experience in strategic finance/corporate financial planning & analysis (FP&A), business operations, strategy, and even sales. Prior to joining Fully Accountable, Eric spent time as the functional CFO (EVP, Finance & Operations) of seed-stage, revenue-generating education technology startup Mastery Coding, Inc., and before that, served as global public software company Cornerstone OnDemand’s first-ever Strategic Finance Business Partner to the sales and marketing functions. In 2013, Eric was recognized as the top Equity Research Analyst nationwide covering the household/personal products sector in The Wall Street Journal’s annual “Best on the Street” Sell-Side Analyst Survey while at Stephens Inc., one of the country’s largest privately held investment banks. He has also spent time in various senior strategy and operations roles at Kaplan, Inc. and even worked as a residential mortgage loan officer.

I am a Staff Accountant with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Milligan College in Tennessee. I have 10+ years of experience with Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger Accounting. I have been married to my husband, James, for 15 years and we have a 2 children (11 year old daughter and 10 year old son) who love sports. We are usually at a basketball, volleyball or football game on the weekends. We are active in our church and love spending time with family!
