Heidi Cake
Heidi joined Fully Accountable in 2019 following her work in the non-profit sector. She has degrees in Strategic Communications and Leadership studies and loves being able to communicate complex, abstract ideas. This lead her down a path to blend that communication style with her love for numbers and data and found the perfect match in her role as our Data Director. Heidi brings an equally creative and analytical mind to the task of analyzing and communicating client data and leading our team of analysts.
Born and raised in northeast Ohio, Heid currently resides in southeast Massachusetts with her husband. In her free time, you can find her going on walks, eating good food, and taking pictures of scenery that will forever only live on her phone.
Fun Fact: She is unusually good at hula-hooping. She not only has a sweet last name, she puts her money where her mouth is as she loves to bake and has a special fondness for cupcakes. She has spent over a week on 5 of the 7 continents.
Jonas Rygh
I studied at Kent State University with Bachelor's in Marketing with a concentration in marketing analytics. I have a love for creative problem solving and bringing ideas to life. In using various analytical software such as Excel and Microsoft PowerBI, I am able to utilize these tools to aid those processes to offer valuable insights into various forms of data.
Fun Fact: I have moved on 12 different occasions, living in Washington, Ohio, South Carolina, Florida, and Minnesota.
Ben Evans
Ben Evans is a Data Analyst. Ben studied at Kent State and specializes in Market Research and Data Analysis.
Ben is a native to Northeast Ohio, growing up on the west side of Cleveland. He is an alumni from Kent State, getting his degree in Marketing and his minor in Public Relations. He previously worked at SAS (Student Accessibility Services) at Kent, providing accommodations to students with disabilities. Ben has experience in data analysis and research, spending his undergrad focused on market research, utilizing Excel, Power BI, SQL, Qualtrics. Some of his hobbies are gardening and reading. He has a 6 year old mixed breed dog named Milo!

My background is primarily business management and team leadership roles, but I wanted to transition into a career as an analyst as I love o learn and understand new things.

Luke Levesque
Luke Levesque is a technologist with years of experience spanning multiple industries. Luke received his Bachelors of Science in Management Information Technology from Liberty University and has worked in Higher Ed, Non-profits and Hospitality. With a focus on analytics and process improvement, Luke enjoys finding insights in data and making process faster and more efficient. Luke and his wife Kelly have been married for 13 years and have three kids. As a collector of hobbies, Luke enjoys tech projects, 3d printing, woodworking, DIY home projects, and slinging meat from the grill.

Travis Lothian is our Lead Developer with 12 years of experience. He is a Certified Scrum Master and specializes in web app development.
Travis manages the development team and is responsible for creating and maintaining Fully Accountable website and proprietary internal apps.
Fun Fact: I like to dabble in graphic design, 3d printing, and hobby electronics. I’ve built a robot bartender and created merch for restaurants, internet content creators, and a minor league baseball team.
Marina Pereda
I am a front-end designer with special interest in user experience. In my off time I like to draw and practice watercolor realistic painting and going to the gym. I love nature and doing long walks with my dogs Canelo and Kika.
Fun Fact: I designed my first webpage in Geocities back in the 2000's with a lot of purples and green colors for a very funky background.

Alexia is the Digital Marketing Coordinator & is very excited to have joined the Fully team! Alexia received her bachelor's degree in Marketing & Photography from Miami University in the spring of 2020. Barry Teitelbaum is an Account Executive with over 15 years of consultative sales experience in financial services at both the individual and enterprise levels. His experience provides insight into the most pressing challenges facing small to mid-sized businesses as they navigate the rapidly evolving financial landscape. He is a strong communicator who prides himself on building trusting relationships and is passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience. In his downtime, Barry plays guitar, enjoys working out, is a big fan of the sci-fi/fantasy genre, and is slowly writing his first sci-fi novel. He's passionate about health and wellness and became a friend to all vegetables in 2017, adopting a plant-based diet. He and his wife love to chill outdoors with their rescue dog Charlee on the weekends.

Ken Rohr is our Chief of Staff and has 30 years of experience. Ken studied at Walsh College with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He has his bill.com certification and is QuickBooks Pro Certified. He specializes in inventory, QuickBooks, internal control processes, Bill.com, billing, receivables and accounts payable and balance sheet clean up.
Ken has owned several businesses in the past including health care facilities, a credit counseling business, a window cleaning company and many many rentals.
Fun Fact: I love to travel and take my grandson to see the country. I have also travelled to 11 different countries.

Allison Hurley
Allison Hurley is a Staff Accountant. Allison is currently attending Western Governors University pursuing a Masters in Business Administration. She has 5 years of experience in accounting. She specializes in Balancing Accounts, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Quickbooks, and Payroll. She has experience running filling sales tax and personal taxes.
Allison is a mother to a little boy and is a wife to an active duty army member who has been in for 6 years. She enjoys being outdoors and taking her dogs who keep her house busy. She also enjoys working out and running whenever she gets the chance. She has ran her first half marathon this year.

Ashley Riggan is a Controller and has more than five years of experience.
Ashley studied at Liberty University with MSA in Accounting and at DeVry University with a BA in Accounting and pursuing a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. She specializes in accounting, financial reporting, client communication, bookkeeping, month-end close, individual tax, corporate tax, partnerships, audits, payroll.
Her responsibilities include standard bookkeeping practices, management reports, client integration, and general accounting tasks. In addition, Ashley is a wife, entrepreneur, baker, Sunday school teacher, and small business owner advocate. She currently lives in Texas and enjoys baking, fitness, podcasts, and learning every day.

Julie Godwin is a Controller and has more than 16 years of experience. She is Quickbooks Online Certified and is currently studying to sit for her CPA.

Kelli DeRoy is a Controller and has 20 years of experience. Kelli studied at the University of South Florida with a Bachelors in Finance and at Webster University for her MBA. She has a certification in ISO 9901, QuickBooks Pro Advisor, ADP Certified Payroll and specializes in Financial Accounting, Payroll, Inventory, Reporting, and Excel. She has had the opportunity to work in different business segments which has lead to a better understanding of processes and different software's.
Kelli is a wife and mom to 4 boys. They live in South Dakota where she is involved with their church, teaching music and adult Sunday School. She is also on the Board of Directors for the local hospital, and volunteers for the Booster Club with the kids school.

Stephanie graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Professional Accountancy from the University of West Florida. Stephanie is in the process of pursuing her Master's Degree and her CPA license. She specializes in building relationships, financial reporting and analysis, full service accounting and account set-up/clean up. She absolutely loves building rapport with her clients and taking their businesses to the next level!
Fun Fact: Was a Captain in the Fire Department in Iraq for 4 years. I'm the Co-Founder of R&S Animal Rescue & Safe Haven Inc - a 501c3 farm animal rescue. My Great, Great, Great, Great Grandfather is Stonewall Jackson. I did a 3 year stint as a DJ in Little Rock AR.

I am a Staff Accountant with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Milligan College in Tennessee. I have 10+ years of experience with Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger Accounting.
I have been married to my husband, James, for 15 years and we have a 2 children (12 year old daughter and 10 year old son) who love sports. We are usually at a basketball, volleyball or football game on the weekends. We are active in our church and love spending time with family!

Joanna Thompson
I am a Staff Accountant with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Gonzaga University. I am currently attending Western Governors University pursuing a Masters in Business Administration. I have over 7 years experience in accounting specializing in Sales Tax Reports and Filing, General Ledger Reconciliations, Journal Entries, AR, AP and Payroll. My husband is active duty Navy and will be retiring soon. Three kids 4-16 and a dog keep me super busy. I am an avid crafter and love to make things for people.
Fun Fact: We live near Busch Gardens Williamsburg and go weekly (I go as the designated phone and drinks and bag holder - because I am afraid of heights). I went bungee jumping over 140 feet in Australia to conquer the fear but that didn't work.

She specializes in detailed work, finding and fixing problems, and teaching others about accounting. She is married, with 3 adults sons, and 2 crazy Boxers.
Fun Fact: I am a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism where I study everything about the Middle Ages. I am a drummer, an archer, a photographer, and love to travel and explore all things history.

Thomas graduated with a Bachelor's in Political Science from ASU but transitioned to accounting shortly after graduation. Military spouse of 18 years and counting, married to my Naval Aviation husband and we have 2 teenage daughters. We currently live in Washington DC area! We've moved 10 times so far, twice overseas, so my real knack for life is moving, unpacking and organizing! Hobbies are travelling as much as we can to explore the world, eating everything each country has to offer, and we love to ski in the wintertime!

Jody Patton
I am a transplant from Michigan to Arkansas, ten years ago. This is "resort area" with a 40,500 acre lake carving into the foothills of the amazing Ozark Mountains. The Caribbean blue water is nothing short of amazing especially when finding one of the State's spectacular water falls. Most days I can be found enjoying the lake and soaking up the sun. Otherwise, I enjoy traveling to visit friends and family, including my daughter in Denver, CO.

I am from Kansas, and I joined Fully Accountable in 2022. I have a Bachelors in Accounting, and I have a strong passion for helping people. My wife and I have a beautiful daughter and two dogs. We are also still riding the championship wave of our 2022 Kansas Jayhawks! Rock Chalk!

Olivia Hanley
I grew up in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, and moved to Florida in 2017 after Hurricane Maria devastated the island. I'm currently a Junior at Florida State University, pursuing a major in Finance, and am excited to be working with this team!
Fun Fact: I learned to sail when I was 11 years old and have been doing so ever since! In high school, my brother and I spent our summers traveling throughout the North East to compete in sailing regattas (competitions), racing against people from all parts of the country! I have continued sailing with Florida State's club sailing team, where we travel to other universities and compete. I love sailing because it is a sport that you can pursue for the rest of your life!

Corey Niggel is a Certified Public Accountant with over 10 years experience in the accounting field. Corey attended the University of Mount Union for his undergraduate degree and then attended Coastal Carolina University to obtain his Master’s degree in Accounting. He is a CFO and specializes in financial analysis, forecasting, inventory management, cash flow management, receivables and payables. After 5 years in the manufacturing industry, Corey has spent the past 5+ years helping eCommerce and digital companies.

Caroline Businger
Caroline is the Director of Onboarding with experience in eCommerce account management and sales. She loves working at Fully Accountable and her favorite part of sales is connecting clients to solutions that serve them well and help grow their businesses.
After graduating from Miami University, Caroline and her husband moved to Northeast Ohio and enjoy skiing, walking to the neighborhood coffee shop and trying new restaurants.
Fun Fact: My 4th grade teacher taught our entire class how to knit - and I still love it to this day!
Lindsay Straub
Lindsay is CFO who studied at the University of Akron with a BS in Accounting and MBA-Finance. She specializes in Finance and Accounting, as well as being a certified CPA. Lindsay has spent time working in almost every accounting and finance position starting from bookkeeper to the Treasurer for a $1.6 billion company.
Lindsay is the CFO of Fully Accountable along with being a fractional CFO of our clients. She is a liaison between stakeholders and finance understand the impacts of decisions on cash and profit. Her favorite projects include due diligence, cost savings, and cash projections. She has been married for almost 20 years with children who she spends time with to maintain their well-being as much as possible given her high-demand job in business!

Ashley Tadla
I am from a small town outside Youngstown, Ohio and attended the University of Mount Union, where I graduated with a degree in Accounting. I spent the first 10 years of my career in Columbus, Ohio working in Accounting/Finance, primarily within the Restaurant Industry. I am an avid reader - psychological thrillers and historical fiction are my favorite genres. I also love to draw, paint, travel and work on various DIY projects. I have a Mini Australian Shepherd named Mia, who is my partner in crime.
Fun Fact: I broke my nose 2x in one summer.

Doug Heinz
I've been cat-like in my career with almost 9, distinct lives. I survived 1 year in M&A/Asset management out of college with Morgan Stanley. I moved to corporate finance starting as a Financial Analyst for a startup and became an FP&A lead for two companies that went public (one by acquisition and one IPO). I then started my own software app company called PathWrangler that I ran for a decade. It always did well enough to keep hope, but poorly enough to keep draining my bank account. The last few years of that business, I became a fractional CFO and it turned into my full time gig. Throughout my life, I've done many projects as a studio musician. I also have written and been published in lifestyle/travel since college. I graduated from Indiana University in 2000.
Fun Fact: You'll most likely find me in the mountains, traveling afar, or spending time with my friends and family around the BBQ. I used to own an adventure travel company. I worked for Boyz II Men in high school/college.

Ronda Duran
Ronda holds a Bachelor's in Accounting with minors in Forensic Accounting and Management as well as a Master's in Accountancy. While she specializes in start-up technology-based organizations, she also has experience in hospitality, education, government, manufacturing, and medical. Her favorite CFO tasks include forecasting, strategic planning, financial analysis, and staff development/mentoring. Ronda owns a tiny person (4-year-old son) that she (justifiably) thinks is fantastic and spends as much time outside of work as possible enjoying all the little moments with him.
Fun Fact: I have lived in seven different states over the last 15 years. I played soccer for 10 years and was handpicked to join the Nevada youth league. I can play three instruments.

Vinnie Fisher is a CEO and has more than 20 years of experience. Vinnie studied at the Canisius College with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and at the University of Toledo College of Law for Juris Doctorate, Law. He is an Attorney and specializes in entrepreneurship, social media marketing, online advertising, affiliate marketing, digital marketing, business strategy, team development, leadership, finance, business development, email marketing, google analytics, wordpress, customer focused service and tax planning.
Vinnie Fisher is a businessman, entrepreneur, author, husband, and father. He has been married for over 20 years to his wife Debbi, and together they have four children: Sophia, Vinnie, Jacob, and Elizabeth. A lawyer by trade, Vinnie practiced tax and business law for 10 years before leaving the field in 2007 to pursue entrepreneurship full-time. After a few successful businesses in the digital space, he discovered a much needed service for business owners. In 2014, he opened Fully Accountable.

Rachel Phillips
Rachel Scava is the FA COO and has been with Fully Accountable since it started. Rachel studied at John Carroll University with a degree in BS in Political Science and Sociology and at the University of Akron School of Law for Juris Doctorate, Law. She is an Attorney and specializes in Operations, Human Resources, Team Building, Company Development, Event Planning, Leadership, Business Growth, Legal Writing, Strategic Hiring, Research, Legislation, Legal Research and Mediation.

Chris Giorgio is a President and has 14 years of experience. Chris studied at the University of Akron with a degree in BS in Accounting and a Masters in Finance. An Accountant by trade, Chris has been practicing accounting and finance his entire career. He specializes in tax and CFO services for eCommerce and digital companies. Lisa is responsible for communicating with clients to find out what their needs are or to help them understand the accounting side of their business, tracking financial information to prepare financial reports, auditing the financial information for errors or to locate errors, and preparing sale and use returns.
