The main tool I use is the daily snapshot. It allows me to take action and discuss with each of the department heads right away. The monthly report is like a navigational compass. We’re looking at it on a macro level like, “where is my company headed?” So the daily snapshot is an estimated bottom line, and the monthly report gives a good picture of the true performance of the company.
